Hi, I’m Ned!
If you’re new here, let me introduce myself.
I’m Ned Arick, I’ll save the work resume (check out my LinkedIn if you want that) but my mission is simple:
I help high performers install systems in their life so they can operate at peak levels without burnout.
I’ve spent years studying, testing, and refining what actually works when it comes to productivity, success, and fulfillment… that road has been enlightening… but not fun… so my hope is this newsletter helps you skip my bumps and bruises.
I’ve coached, built, and scaled with systems, not hustle, because success isn’t about working harder, it’s about working smarter. (…*rolls eyes at this cliche*…) but it’s true!
For years, I was the guy chasing everything, the titles, the money, the cars, the house(s).
I worked 12 to 16 hour days because I thought that’s what success required. I believed that if I just hit the next income goal, got the next promotion, or built the next thing, I’d finally feel like I made it.
I was addicted to the chase.
I was addicted to the validation.
And I thought that the harder I worked, the better my life would be.
But instead of feeling successful, I felt:
Burned out and exhausted.
Disconnected from the people who mattered most.
Like I was never really "off", always grinding, but never feeling ahead.
And at some point, the cost became too high.
I lost my family and close friends.
I was spiritually drained.
I was achieving on paper but empty in reality.
And that’s when I realized the truth that most people know but some never truly actualize:
The problem was that I was chasing someone else’s version of success.
I realized that money really doesn’t buy happiness, your childhood bully doesn’t care that you’re a founder or C-Level whatever the hell, and that I needed to start building a life by MY design, not the world’s.
The Shift
At my breaking point, I stopped and asked myself:
What if I stopped reacting to life and actually started designing it?
What if I went after what I truly wanted? Hell, I even asked what did I actually truly want!
What if I built a system that made success automatic instead of something I had to force?
What if I stopped grinding just for external validation and started building a life I didn’t want to escape from?
And that’s when everything changed.
I built what I now call the Life Operating System, which is my personal OS that I use in real life.
I stopped trying to hustle my way to happiness and started structuring my life with intention.
I created Meaningful Momentum, so success became a byproduct of my systems, not just my effort.
Why I Created This Movement
I know I’m not the only one who’s been through this.
There are thousands of high performers out there chasing success the way I did:
Hustling harder, thinking it’ll eventually lead to freedom.
Stacking wins, but still feeling behind.
Making more money, but losing control of time, energy, and relationships.
And it doesn’t have to be that way.
The problem I saw in the market was that all the books on finding your purpose were just fluff. They gave high level ideas but never laid out a clear, actionable plan (that is unless you bought their course for $997… and shit, even then it BS). I didn’t want vague inspiration, I wanted a step by step framework to actually build a life I love. And I couldn’t find one.
So I created it.
And now I’m sharing it.
Like the EXACT steps I took to get my life back on track.
I’m here to help high performers stop chasing and start building a meaningful life!
To design a life that isn’t just successful on paper but feels fulfilling every day. A life where success is structured, not forced. A life where purpose and execution work together.
That’s what Meaningful Momentum is about. A clear system, built for action, designed to help you create a life you love, on your terms.
I’m here to share that system with you!
If any of this resonates, you’re in the right place.
Welcome to Meaningful Momentum I’m absolutely STOKED you’re here!
